Project Overview
Project Overview
The 1933 Furniture Company specialises in timeless, high-quality furniture across living, dining, and bedroom. Established in Navan, the team has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship and customer experience. With the departure of their Marketing Manager, the company appointed Rooftop Twenty Two as the full-service marketing partner to sustain and accelerate their growth.

Challenge
Challenge
1933 had momentum from in-house marketing work but needed an external partner who could maintain the strong foundation, find new growth, and bring senior thinking across every channel. The focus areas were:
- Sustaining and enhancing organic visibility on competitive furniture queries
- Maximising ROI on Google Ads and paid social as media spend scaled
- Building on existing social media engagement with a consistent content rhythm
- Expanding visual content production to keep every platform fed

Solution
Solution
We took on the full marketing function, starting with a brand and content audit so the work would feel like a continuation, not a reset. The programme runs across five connected disciplines, all in-house at Rooftop:
- Website management and SEO: technical audit, on-page and off-page strategy, monthly content updates
- Google Ads: high-intent keyword targeting, audience refinement, performance reporting
- Paid social: Facebook and Instagram campaigns built for conversions, not awareness
- Organic social: monthly content calendar, brand-aligned creative, community management
- Photography, videography, and email: monthly shoots feeding social, web, and lifecycle campaigns

Results
Results
By integrating with 1933's existing strategy rather than replacing it, the programme has delivered measurable lift across every channel:
- Non-branded organic traffic increased on targeted commercial searches
- 10% rise in Google Ads conversion rates, boosting ROAS
- 4% growth in social media followers and engagement
- Improved brand sentiment through consistent high-quality content output
