Care plans that actually care
Hosting, patching, monitoring, content updates, ongoing iteration. So the site you launched stays the site you intended.
What it is
How we approach website care
A website at launch is not the website twelve months later, unless someone actively cares for it. Our care plans cover hosting on managed infrastructure, security patching, performance monitoring against Core Web Vitals, daily backups, uptime monitoring, content updates, and ongoing iteration against conversion data. Care is also where we run small experiments (copy, layout, CTA) against PostHog or GA4 data to keep the site converting better quarter on quarter. We care for sites we built and sites we didn't.

FAQ
Website Care questions
Can you take over a site you didn't build?
Yes. We onboard sites built by other agencies regularly. We start with a full audit (performance, security, code quality, content) before we agree the monthly scope.
What stacks do you support?
WordPress, Astro, Next.js, Shopify, Webflow. If your site is on something more bespoke we'll audit and tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
What's included in monthly hours?
Content updates, copy iteration, image production, small layout adjustments, conversion experiments. Larger development work is scoped separately.
What if the site goes down?
24/7 uptime monitoring. Incident response inside agreed SLAs (typically 1 hour acknowledgement, 4 hours resolution for critical issues on business-hours plans; round-the-clock plans available).
