Which platform do you recommend?

It depends on your stack and your data. Klaviyo for e-commerce on Shopify. HubSpot if CRM is already there. Mailchimp for simple broadcast. We're platform-fluent, not platform-religious.

Can you migrate from one platform to another?

Yes. We've handled migrations from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, from Klaviyo to HubSpot, and others. We migrate the list, the flows, the segmentation logic, and the templates, and we re-warm the IP if needed.

What's a typical engagement?

Most email retainers sit between €1,200 and €3,500 per month inclusive of platform management, flow optimisation, and 4–8 broadcasts per month.

Do you handle SMS as well?

For e-commerce on Klaviyo and similar, yes. We treat SMS as a secondary channel to email, not a replacement.
